Reservation Process:
- To begin your reservation, please fill out the form available on each listing. Once submitted, you’ll receive an automated email confirming we’ve received your request.
- After reviewing your request, we’ll check availability and contact you to confirm. We’ll then guide you through the next steps via WhatsApp (+52 622 116 1838) and/or email.
- We’ll share the payment methods and contract details to ensure everything is clear. Please review, sign, and send the contract back to us.
- Once the first payment is completed, we’ll send you a reservation confirmation and notify Bahía Delfín’s administration about your stay. At check-in, please identify yourself and provide your condo number.
Payment Details:
- The remaining balance should be paid as outlined in the contract (first payment, partial payment, and final payment).
- The last payment can be made in cash (pesos or dollars) upon arrival at our First Step office in Plaza Los Jitos, San Carlos. LOCATION HERE
- If you arrive after 5 PM or outside office hours, please contact us in advance to coordinate payment.
- Payments via bank transfer or US credit card may incur taxes and fees (3%-16%). We recommend reviewing all payment options beforehand.

Our Policies
- Prior Notice Policy: Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow for proper coordination with the administration and the LESSOR’s team. Reservations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur additional fees of up to USD 25.
- Cancellation Policy: The down payment(s) will be refunded only if the condo is successfully re-rented for the same dates and generates equivalent income to offset the loss caused by the cancellation.
- Monthly Rental Policy: For reservations from one month onwards, the following prices will apply:
- Pro-Rating Based on 30-Day Month: The monthly rate is calculated using a 30-day month for the purpose of pro-rating.
- One-Month Rentals: If the rental is for exactly one month, the rate is calculated as 10 times the high-season daily rate, regardless of the number of days in the month.
- Rentals Longer Than One Month: For rentals of two months or more, the rate is based on 10 times the low-season daily rate. For rentals of less than two months, the rate is based on the high-season daily rate.
- High-Season and Holiday Surcharge: If the rental spans two months or more and occurs during high-season periods or major holidays, an additional 20% is added to the total, calculated using the low-season daily rate.
- One-Month Rentals During the Christmas Season: For one-month rentals during the Christmas season, the rate is calculated as 10 times the high-season daily rate, plus an additional 20%.
- Easter Period Rentals: For rentals that include Easter, the month of Easter is charged at 10 times the high-season daily rate without the additional 20%.
- High-Season Periods and Holidays: High-season periods and holidays include Easter (April 15–19, 2025, and March 31–April 5, 2026), October, November, and December.
- Availability of Monthly Rentals: Monthly rentals are not available during June, July, or August. In these months, only the daily rate applies for the entire rental period.
- Minimum Stay Policy: A minimum stay of four nights is required for special dates, including Memorial Weekend, Easter, Christmas, New Year’s, Summer Peak, and October. A minimum stay of seven nights applies during Tucson Fall Break in October. Additional dates may also require minimum stays at the LESSOR’s discretion.
Arriving at Bahía Delfín
Check-in & Check-out Information
- Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. If you’d like to arrive earlier, you may do so for an additional $25 fee, as long as no one is checking out of the condo that same day.
- Final payment must be completed upon arrival in San Carlos.
- If paying in cash, please visit our First Step office in San Carlos between 3:00 and 5:00 PM.
- If arriving outside business hours, please contact us in advance to arrange payment.

- The reception office hours in Bahía Delfín are:
- Monday-Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Sunday and holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- The office is closed for lunch from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
- Outside reception hours, you can complete check-in with the staff on duty at the entrance.
- Departure/check-out time is maximum at 11:00 a.m.
Important Information
- Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests in your group must not exceed the condo’s maximum capacity. This includes children and infants. If the limit is exceeded, Bahía Delfín staff will not allow extra guests to enter.
- Parking: Each condo is allowed one car inside the complex. Any additional vehicles can be parked outside the gate in a 24-hour guarded area.
