RESERVATION PROCESS

  1. To begin your reservation, please fill out the form available on each listing. Once submitted, you’ll receive an automated email confirming we’ve received your request.
  2. After reviewing your request, we’ll check availability and contact you to confirm. We’ll then guide you through the next steps via WhatsApp (+52 622 116 1838) and/or email.
  3. We’ll share the payment methods and contract details to ensure everything is clear. Please review, sign, and send the contract back to us.
  4. Once the first payment is completed, we’ll send you a reservation confirmation and notify Bahía Delfín’s administration about your stay. At check-in, please identify yourself and provide your condo number.

PAYMENT DETAILS

  • The remaining balance should be paid as outlined in the contract (first payment, partial payment, and final payment).
  • The last payment can be made in cash (pesos or dollars) upon arrival at our First Step office in Plaza Los Jitos, San Carlos. LOCATION HERE
  • If you arrive after 5 PM or outside office hours, please contact us in advance to coordinate payment.
  • Payments via bank transfer or US credit card may incur taxes and fees (3%-16%). We recommend reviewing all payment options beforehand.
