RESERVATION PROCESS

  1. To start the reservation process, please complete the form located above. Once submitted, you will receive an automated email review response.
  2. Upon receipt of the form, we will check availability internally and contact you to confirm. We will provide the necessary steps to complete the reservation through WhatsApp (622 116 1838) and/or Email.
  3. Once the first payment is made, we will email you a reservation confirmation notification and notify Bahía Delfín administration about your stay. At check-in, be sure to identify yourself and provide the condo number.
  4. The remaining balance can be paid in cash (pesos or dollars) upon arrival at our “First Step” office in Seascape Plaza, San Carlos. If you arrive after 5 pm or on the weekend, contact us to coordinate the delivery of the missing amount.
  5. If you pay by bank transference or US credit card, taxes and fees may apply (3%-16%). Be sure you are informed about all the payment methods.
  6. Prepare for your arrival. At Bahía Delfín, the safety and tranquility of our guests is our top priority. Please read, understand, and comply with all the rules provided and detailed in the following link: Bahía Delfín Regulations (these will also be provided to you upon arrival at the condominium complex). Keep in mind that failure to comply with the rules will result in fines that must be paid upon notification.

Prior Notice Policy: Please make your reservation at least 24 hours in advance so we can organize your arrival details with our team and coordinate with the complex administration. If you book less than 24 hours in advance, late notice fees of up to $25 USD may apply.

Cancellation policy: The deposit will be refunded as long as the condo can be rented on the same dates.

Monthly rental policy: The monthly rate is the equivalent to 10 nights of high season. The monthly calculation is based on 30 days per month regardless of the month in which you rent. In the month of Easter, in November, December and October, the rent increases 20% over the base calculation.

Minimum days: A minimum of four nights or more may apply for special dates such as Memorial Weekend, Easter, Christmas, Summer Peak, October and others.

 

ARRIVING AT BAHIA DELFIN

  • Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. onwards. If you would like to arrive earlier and no one is leaving the condo on the same day, early arrival is allowed for an additional $25 fee.
  • Upon arriving in San Carlos, you must complete the payment of your rent. If you pay in cash, you must come to our San Carlos “First Step” office between 3:00 and 5:00pm. If you arrive after our business hours, please contact us to arrange delivery of the missing amount. Location Here.  
  • The reception office hours in Bahía Delfín are Monday-Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Sunday and holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and the Office is closed for lunch from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
  • Outside reception hours, you can complete check-in with the staff on duty at the entrance.
  • Departure/check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Note: If the number of people in your group exceeds the maximum capacity of the condo you have rented, Bahía Delfín staff will not be allowed to enter the condo. The total number in your party includes children and infants. Also, Bahía Delfín only allows one car parked inside the complex per condominium. Additional cars can be parked outside the gate in a 24-hour guarded area.
