RESERVATION PROCESS

  1. To begin the reservation process, please complete the form located above. Once submitted, you will receive an automated email confirming that your request is under review.
  2. Upon receiving your form, we will verify availability internally and contact you to confirm. We will provide you with the necessary steps to complete your reservation via WhatsApp (622 116 1838) and/or email.
  3. Once the first payment has been made, we will send you a reservation confirmation notification by email and notify Bahía Delfín of your stay. Upon check-in, please make sure to identify yourself.
  4. The remaining balance may be paid in cash (Mexican pesos or U.S. dollars) upon arrival at our “First Step” office located at Plaza Los Jitos First Step Office Location. If you arrive after 5:00 p.m. or on a weekend, please contact us to coordinate payment of the remaining balance.
  5. If you pay by bank transfer or U.S. credit card, taxes and fees (3%–16%) may apply. Please make sure you are aware of all available payment methods.
  6. Get ready for your arrival. At Bahía Delfín, the safety and comfort of our guests are our top priority. Please read, understand, and comply with all the rules provided and detailed in the following link: Bahía Delfín Rules & Regulations (these will also be provided to you upon arrival at the condominium complex). Please note that failure to comply with the rules will result in fines, which must be paid upon notification.

Advance Notice Policy: Please make your reservation at least 24 hours in advance so that we can coordinate your arrival details with our team and with the condominium complex management. If you make a reservation less than 24 hours in advance, late-notice fees of up to $500 MXN may apply.

Cancellation Policy: The deposit will be refunded as long as we are able to re-rent the condo for the same dates.

Monthly Rental Policy: The monthly rental rate is calculated as the equivalent of 10 high-season nights. The monthly rate is based on a 30-day month, regardless of the month in which you rent. During the Easter/Semana Santa period, the monthly rental rate increases by 15%. In October, November, and December, the monthly rate increases by 20%.

Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of four nights or more may apply for special dates such as Memorial Day weekend, Easter, Christmas, the peak summer season, October, and other special periods.

ARRIVING AT BAHIA DELFIN

  • Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. If you would like to arrive earlier and no guests are checking out of the condo on the same day, early check-in may be permitted for an additional fee of $25 USD.
  • Upon arriving in San Carlos, you must complete payment of your rental balance. If paying in cash, please visit our “First Step” office in San Carlos between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. If you arrive after our business hours, please contact us to coordinate payment of the remaining balance.   • The Bahía Delfín reception office hours are Monday–Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Sunday and holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The office is closed for lunch from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • Outside of reception hours, you may complete the check-in process with the security staff on duty at the entrance.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Please note: If the number of people in your group exceeds the maximum occupancy of the condominium you have rented, Bahía Delfín staff will not allow your group to enter the condominium. The total number of guests in your group includes children and infants. In addition, Bahía Delfín only allows one vehicle to be parked inside the complex per condominium. Additional vehicles may be parked outside the gate in an area monitored 24 hours a day.
