RESERVATION PROCESS

  1. To begin the reservation process, please complete the form above. Once submitted, you will receive an automatic review response via email.
  2. Upon receipt of the form, we will check availability internally and contact you to confirm.
  3. We will provide you with the necessary steps to complete the reservation through WhatsApp (622 116 1838) and/or Email.
  4. Once the first payment has been made, we will send you a reservation confirmation notification by email.
  5. When checking in, be sure to identify yourself.
  6. The outstanding amount can be paid in cash (pesos or dollars) upon arrival, at our “First Step” office located in Plaza Los Jitos. If you arrive after 5 pm or on a weekend, please contact us to coordinate delivery of the missing amount.
  7. If paying by bank transfer or US credit card, taxes and fees (4%-16%) may apply. Make sure you are informed about all payment methods.

ARRIVING 

  • Check-in takes place from 4:00 p.m. If you would like to arrive earlier and no one is leaving the house on the same day, early arrival is allowed for an additional $25 fee.
  • Upon arriving in San Carlos, you must complete the payment of your rent. If you pay in cash, you must come to our office in San Carlos “First Step” between 10:00 am and 5:00pm. If you arrive after our business hours, please contact us to arrange delivery of the missing amount. Check the location here.   
  • Check-out is maximum at 12:00 pm
